Terrence has spent his life exploring the wisdom of the East and West, beginning with Shaolin martial arts as a child and later teaching Taoist practices, meditation, and Qigong for over 15 years. His journey of self-discovery then led him to India and Thailand, where he immersed himself in Yoga, Shaivism, and Tantra. Derynola practices Tantra Yoga since 2010 and started teaching the Tantra course in the Atman Academy four years ago. She also studied human and veterinary medicine, various philosophies of humankind, the art of tantric esoteric massage and expressing femininity and beauty through dance, theater and poetry.

Petri was always curious about Tantra and the mystery of life, how amazingly well all situations are intelligently designed invitations to learn all we need to complete our life lessons. How long is a class?

In the first months the classes last around 2 hours. After approximately three months, when enough asanas have been learned to reach full practice sessions, the class duration will go up to 2.5 hours.

Do I need a webcam and microphone to join?

You will need a webcam so the teachers can see you and correct your body postures if needed. You do not necessarily need a microphone to participate, you can also use the chat function if you want to ask questions.

Will I receive written materials for each lesson?

Yes, each lesson has extensive printed materials that we will send to you by postal mail every two to three weeks. At the moment these materials exist only for the first year of study, but they are continuously expanded.

How long can I join the current course?

Signups stay open for around six months after a course starts. Then the group closes for new signups and a new group will start. We recommend to join as early as you can, but we also offer free replays of the missed lessons to the new students.

Will I be allowed to teach Tantra?

Our teacher undergo a special teacher training course, that is accessible after having absolved the first two years of this course as a student. The training takes 3 years to complete and ensures the high quality and integration of the teachers.

Where or how do I get a receipt for my payments?

You receive an invoice for each payment automatically sent by mail. Please check your spam, promotions or other folders. You can also login to your customer portal and download it there.
